We want you to love your NORÉE bag. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Simply email us at hello@shopnoree.com with your order number, let us know whether you'd like a return or exchange, and we'll take care of the rest.

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at hello@shopnoree.com if you need to make any changes. Once your order has been processed, we're unable to make adjustments, but our return and exchange policy has you covered.

Every bag goes through a personal quality check before it ever reaches you. We order samples, carry them ourselves, test the materials, the stitching, the zippers, everything. Only when we're genuinely happy with the quality does it make it to NORÉE. If it doesn't feel right in our hands, it won't end up in yours.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's done.
